Free TÜV acceptance

Since almost all modern sports cars rely on turbocharging, so-called “chip tuning” is widespread these days. The great advantage here is the price-performance ratio for such optimizations, as there is usually no need to intervene in the hardware. However, there are also enormous differences in quality when it comes to software optimizations. Due to our development team with many years of experience and in-house performance test bench, we are equipped to adjust the software of your vehicle to manufacturer logic. Thus, all engine safety points are preserved.

The vehicles with the BMW S55 engine (M2 Competition F87 / M2 CS F87, M3 F80, M4 F82 / F83) already have considerable power in the standard version. But many performance-oriented individuals strive for more. That is why we also offer software optimizations in addition to our new hybrid charger systems. It is possible for us to carry out an individual TÜV approval for some performance levels of many models, including the models mentioned above. This means you are on the road with more power including road approval.

The warm days are approaching and so is the season. A perfect opportunity for a performance increase is shortly before the start of the season. Suitable for the time of preparation, we have a surprise: When you buy a Stage 1 or Stage 1+ of the S55 model until 01.05.2022, we give you the TÜV individual acceptance. This has a value of over 400 €. However, this registration can only be performed for models with S55 engine without OPF.

On the other hand, in the area of software optimization, the already current prices will be maintained. Of course, the previous prices apply to all orders that we still receive until spring 2022!

Da fast alle modernen Sportwagen auf Turboaufladung setzen, ist das so genannte “Chip-Tuning” heutzutage weit verbreitet. Der große Vorteil hierbei ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für solche Optimierungen, da meist keine Eingriffe an der Hardware vorgenommen werden müssen. Doch auch bei Softwareoptimierungen gibt es enorme Qualitätsunterschiede. Aufgrund unseres Entwicklungsteams mit langjähriger Erfahrung und hauseigenem Leistungsprüfstand sind wir gerüstet die Software deines Fahrzeuges auf Herstellerlogik abzustimmen. Somit bleiben alle wichtigen Motorschutzfunktionen erhalten.

Die Fahrzeuge mit dem BMW S55 Triebwerk (M2 Competition F87 / M2 CS F87, M3 F80, M4 F82 / F83) besitzen bereits in der Serienausführung eine beachtliche Leistung. Doch viele leistungsorientierte Personen streben nach mehr. Deshalb bieten wir neben unseren einzigartigen Hybrid-Charger-Systemen ebenfalls Softwareoptimierungen an. Uns ist es möglich, bei einigen Leistungsstufen vieler Modelle eine TÜV-Einzelabnahme durchzuführen, so auch bei den genannten Modellen. Das bedeutet, du bist mit der infinitas Mehrleistung inklusive Straßenzulassung unterwegs.

Die warmen Tage rücken näher und somit auch die Saison. Eine perfekte Gelegenheit für eine Leistungssteigerung ist kurz vor Saisonbeginn. Passend zur Zeit der Vorbereitung haben wir noch eine Überraschung parat: Bei einem Kauf, bis zum 01.05.2022 einer Stage 1 oder Stage 1+ der S55 Modell, schenken wir dir die TÜV-Einzelabnahme dazu. Diese hat einen Wert von über 400 €. Jedoch kann diese Eintragung lediglich bei Modellen mit S55 Motor ohne OPF durchgeführt werden.

infinitas steht seit vielen Jahren für hochwertige Optimierungen, modernste Entwicklungen, Fahrspaß und Ehrlichkeit. Um weiterhin in gewohnter hoher Qualität liefern zu können, werden wir aufgrund von steigenden Kosten bei Rohstoffen sowie Energie, die Preise einiger Produkte zum Frühjahr anpassen. Die Produkte mit hohem Materialeinsatz und viel Energieaufwand, sind unsere allbekannten Kompressor-Systeme. Dies bedeutet, dass wir die Preise unserer Bausätze minimal anheben müssen. Hingegen werden im Bereich Chip-Tuning die bereits aktuellen Preise beibehalten. Selbstverständlich gelten für alle Aufträge, die noch bis zum Frühjahr 2022 bei uns eingehen, die bisherigen Preise!

In order to be able to continue to deliver in the usual high quality, we will adjust the prices of some products to the spring due to rising costs of raw materials and energy.

The products with high material input and much energy input, are our all known compressor systems. This means that the prices of our kits will increase. On the other hand, in the area of software optimization, the already current prices will be maintained. Of course, the previous prices apply to all orders that are still received by us until spring 2022!

The warm and longer days are approaching and so is the season. Before the season starts, it is the right time to have your vehicle professionally serviced. In order to start the summer without any problems, a normal inspection, such as an oil change or air filter replacement, does not always help. In addition, we recommend further operations such as a transmission oil flush (at the latest after 90,000 km). Whether optimized, or standard, we can test your vehicle on our in-house dynamometer, with how much power you start into the season.

infinitas Hybrid Charger® passend für BMW M2 Competition, M3 F80 and M4 F8X

Nun bringt infinitas eine spektakuläre Weltneuheit für den famosen S55B30-Motor, den Biturbo-Reihensechszylinder aus sämtlichen M3- und M4-Modelle der F8x-Baureihen sowie M2 Competition und M2 CS (F87): das innovative Hybrid Charger® System.

Das System ist das erste in Serie gefertigte System seiner Art und wurde mit den Spezialisten von ASA-Kompressoren entwickelt. Es beschert dem S55-Motor eine Kombination aus Kompressor- und Biturbo-Aufladung, wobei der Kompressor den OEM-Turboladern vorgeschaltet wird. So erwirkt er eine Vorverdichtung der Luft schon bevor diese in die Turbolader gelangt und legt so den Grundstein für einen höheren Ladedruck in allen Betriebsbereichen, was in einer Befüllung des Motors mit einer größeren Luftmasse resultiert. Zudem wird das Turboloch deutlich kleiner, das Drehmoment liegt durch früheren Ladedruckaufbau eher an und auch die Gasannahme beziehungsweise das Ansprechverhalten des Motors sind besser. Selbstverständlich ist das Upgrade auch unüberhörbar, schließlich sorgt es für einen deutlich kraftvolleren Sound samt dem unverwechselbaren, charakteristischen Klang des Kompressors.

Natürlich sorgt die Montage des Hybrid Charger® System für eine deutliche Leistungssteigerung. Ab sofort verfügbar und mit TÜV-Gutachten eintragungsfähig ist die Ausbaustufe SK1, in welcher der S55 auf 600 PS und 800 Nm erstarkt, was je nach Basis Fahrzeug einem Plus von 100 bis 190 PS und 200 bis 250 Nm entspricht. Bestandteile des Kits sind dabei ein speziell für diesen Einsatzzweck entwickelter ASA T6-Kompressor samt Ölversorgung über den Motorölkreislauf sowie eines erweiterten Riementriebs, einer neuen Luftführung mit Sportluftfilter, großvolumigen Aluminium-Gussrohren, einem Aluguss-Ladeluftkühler zwischen dem Kompressor und den Turboladern sowie einer umprogrammierten Motorsteuersoftware samt Anhebung der V-Max-Begrenzung. Hinzu kommen ein neuer Wasserausgleichsbehälter sowie weiteres Klein- und Montagematerial.

Doch SK1 ist nur der offizielle Anfang: Für den Hybrid Charger gibt es auf Anfrage noch vier weitere Ausbaustufen zur noch deutlicheren Leistungssteigerung von M2, M3 und M4, die in den stärksten Varianten eine Höchstgeschwindigkeit von weit mehr als 330 km/h erlauben. Mit SK2, für die ein TÜV-Gutachten momentan in Vorbereitung ist, kommt das S55-Aggregat auf 700 PS und 900 Nm. Darüber rangieren SK2CS, die für 800 PS und 850 Nm sorgt, SK3, in welcher der Biturbo-Reihensechszylinder auf 900 PS und 1.000 Nm kommt und als absolute Spitze SK3RR: Sie pusht die M-Topsportler auf beeindruckende 1.000 PS und 1.100 Nm. Ab der Stufe SK2CS sind in dem Upgrade auch verstärkte Motorkomponenten obligatorisch inbegriffen.

infinitas Hybrid Charger®: BMW M2 Competition, M3 F80 and M4 F8X

Now we are launching the innovative Hybrid Charger® system, a spectacular world debut for the famous S55B30 engine, for the biturbo in-line six-cylinder from all M3 and M4 models of the F8x series as well as the M2 Competition and M2 CS (F87).

Developed in cooperation with the specialists at ASA Kompressor, this system is the first series-manufactured system of its type. It endows the S55 motor with combined compressor and biturbo charging with the compressor connected upstream from the OEM turbochargers. Thanks to this design, it pre-compresses the air before it even enters the turbocharger. It thus creates the basis for higher boost pressure in all operating ranges, meaning the engine is filled with a greater air mass. The turbo lag is also significantly shorter and the torque is more responsive owing to the boost pressure building up sooner. The throttle and engine responses are also enhanced. It is plainly evident when an engine has been upgraded since it delivers a significantly more powerful sound with the compressor’s distinctive tone.

As you would expect, fitting the Hybrid Charger® system ensures a significant increase in performance. The lowest configuration is already fully developed and available for registration with a TÜV report. This version boosts the S55 to 600 HP and 800 Nm, which equals an increase between 100 and 190 HP and 200 and 250 Nm, depending on the vehicle. The kit contains an ASA T6 compressor specially developed for this upgrade, including oil supply via the engine oil circuit. It also comprises an extended belt drive, a new air duct with a sports air filter, large-volume cast aluminum tubes, a die-cast aluminum charge air cooler between the compressor and turbochargers, and a reprogrammed engine control software, including an increase in the Vmax limit. There is also a new water expansion tank and other incidentals and installation accessories. Prices for this SK1 entry-level version of the Hybrid Charger® system start at 6,998 euros plus 2,112 euros for installation costs, including 19% VAT. Manufacturer packages for additional customization are also available at an extra charge.

The SK1 is just the start, however. infinitas is currently developing four more configurations for an even more dramatic increase in performance in the M2, M3 and M4, allowing a top speed of much more than 330 km/h in the most powerful version. The S55 engine will achieve 700 HP and 900 Nm with the SK2, for which a TÜV report is currently being prepared. This is surpassed by the SK2CS, which will deliver 800 HP and 900 Nm and the SK3, with which the biturbo in-line six-cylinder will achieve 900 HP and 1,000 Nm. The absolute pinnacle is the SK3RR, which beefs up M highperformance sports models to deliver an impressive 1,000 HP and 1,100 Nm. From the SK2CS upwards, the upgrade will also include reinforced engine components as obligatory elements.
